Meta Tags are HTML tags that provide detailed information for your website or web pages. These tags contain Title, description and keywords etc. These tags are not seen by the visitors who visit your pages instead these tags provide short data of your website to search engines. When a visitor type anything regarding your website material, your web page shows on search engine providing brief information to the visitor. Most important meta tags are "description" and Keyword". These tags are inserted into the header on a web page after the title tag. Keywords Tag: Description Tag: <meta name="description" content="Put a description for your page and words should not be more than 250 and less than 100">
Example: Suppose if you have website of used cars, you would insert these html tags like in following exampl: <html> <head> <title> your company name </title>
